Job Purpose:
To provide expert legal advice and services to clients, focusing on estate planning, asset protection, and business planning. This role involves consulting with clients, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Advisory:

  • Perform consultations providing information to clients regarding legal business issues.
  • Consult with clients on estate plans and strategies, offering tailored legal advice.
  • Engage in special projects related to asset protection and business planning.

Document Drafting and Review:

  • Draft estate planning documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review documents submitted online, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.
  • Answer legal questions submitted online, offering clear and concise guidance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Consult with existing clients to review estate plans and answer questions.
  • Be readily available to assist clients with their questions and concerns.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Work directly with a team of Paralegals to assist clients efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
