ET LEADS Student Organization Position
Position Title: ET LEADS Student Ambassador
Department: Alumni Engagement, Philanthropy & Engagement
Position Type: Student / Part-Time
Position Summary:
Supports the East Texas A&M University Alumni Association through alumni engagement, event support, membership outreach, donor stewardship, and administrative assistance. Students will represent the University and Alumni Association at events, assist with communications and alumni engagement activities, and support assigned projects.
Essential Duties:
  • Support Alumni Association and Presidential events.
  • Engage with alumni, donors, and event participants.
  • Assist with membership recruitment and fulfillment.
  • Complete thank-you calls and notes and other stewardship activities.
  • Assist with alumni communications and special projects.
  • Participate in assigned ET LEADS activities and meetings.
  • Maintain professional conduct while representing East Texas A&M University.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled East Texas A&M University student.
  • Selected participant in the ET LEADS student organization.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and willingness to engage with others.

Additional Requirement:
Must be able to fulfill ET LEADS program requirements, including a minimum of one hour of assigned work per week and required Alumni Association/Presidential events.
