Job Description Mitigation Estimator / Restoration Sales Support Bryn Mawr, PA $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Full-Time | In-Office Job Overview Our client is actively hiring a Mitigation Estimator / Restoration Sales Support professional to help support and scale a growing restoration operation in the Bryn Mawr, PA area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in restoration, mitigation estimating, emergency services, or home services sales who understands both the operational and customer side of the business. The right candidate will be highly proficient in Xactimate, able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and understand how to build accurate mitigation scopes while supporting overall job performance and approved revenue.

This is not an entry-level role and not strictly a file-processing position. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate effectively with field teams, and help drive estimate quality and production output. Training will begin at the company's Overbrook, PA location before transitioning full-time to the Bryn Mawr office.

Responsibilities Write mitigation estimates for water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses using Xactimate Review job documentation including photos, drying logs, moisture readings, and field notes Build accurate scopes for mitigation services and emergency response work Coordinate with field teams and operations to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness Support supplement creation and estimate revisions when needed Navigate insurance carrier and TPA documentation requirements Manage multiple active files and estimate deadlines simultaneously Identify missed scope opportunities and support approved job value growth Maintain organized and audit-ready project documentation Support consistency and process within a centralized estimating operation Qualifications 3+ years of restoration industry experience preferred Strong Xactimate proficiency required Experience with water mitigation, fire damage, mold remediation, or biohazard cleanup Background in mitigation estimating, restoration sales, project management, or emergency services Familiarity with insurance carrier workflows and TPA programs Experience with platforms such as Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Encircle, DASH, or MICA preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable working in-office and collaborating with operations teams
