Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in Lindale, TX. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by assessing project requirements, analyzing blueprints, and coordinating with clients and team members. Responsibilities also include reviewing job specifications, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, preparing bid proposals, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. This role will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents

  • Experience with bidding processes, vendor management, and sourcing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
