Job description

Project Consultant/Estimator - Job SummaryAt Fresh Coat, we take pride in Painting Done Right! In this position, you will be responsible for surveying projects, estimating labor and materials costs utilizing our Fresh Coat Branded estimating software, and communicating proposal cost and project timelines in-person to customers. You must have a keen attention to detail and skills at estimating projects meet our client's expectations accurately.
 Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:Fulfill client appointments in a timely manner.
Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs.
Act as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates.
Present estimates to clients in-person in a professional manner
Recommend material options.
Communicate job details to the Project Manager and Crew Team Leader
Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation Using our Fresh Coat Branded software.
Seek out new opportunities through, but not limited to, attending Networking events, ground floor marketing tactics, and cold calling on potential clients.
 Estimator Requirements and Qualifications:          Preferred experience in painting home services.
Sales and customer relations experience
Previous on-the-job training/experience
Ability to operate independently.
 Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
Time management planning skills
