Overview
Lead Esthetician - Elements Massage Denver West & Parker
Elements Massage Denver West & Parker is growing our therapeutic skincare services, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Esthetician to help build and lead this exciting service offering.

As Lead Esthetician, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional skincare services while also helping develop, train, and support our esthetician team across our Denver West and Parker studios. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply providing services, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and grow a skincare program that we hope will become a standard across the Elements Massage brand.
What You'll Do
Client Services
  • Conduct in-depth skincare consultations to understand each client's needs, goals, and concerns.
  • Provide facial and skincare treatments according to Elements service protocols.
  • Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend appropriate professional products.
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every client.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment environment.
  • Consistently follow all service protocols, safety standards, and applicable Colorado licensing requirements.
Lead & Team Responsibilities
  • Set a positive, professional tone for the esthetician team.
  • Mentor and support estheticians while encouraging consistency, accountability, and strong habits.
  • Serve as a bridge between the esthetician and front desk teams to promote smooth communication and consistent client messaging.
  • Help onboard and train new estheticians on service protocols, products, systems, and studio expectations.
  • Conduct practical interviews with prospective esthetician candidates.
  • Lead monthly one-on-one meetings with estheticians to review goals, provide feedback, and offer support.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and product/service training.
  • Lead or assist with monthly esthetician training and skill-development sessions.
  • Help ensure service protocols, side work, cleaning responsibilities, and studio standards are consistently followed.
  • Support esthetician retention and help maintain a strong, fully staffed team.
  • Recognize and celebrate team members and help create a positive team culture.
  • Attend leadership meetings and represent the esthetician team in studio-wide initiatives.
Retail & Inventory
  • Help the esthetician team achieve strong retail performance and maintain a target retail attachment rate of 40% or higher.
  • Provide ongoing product education and support estheticians in making appropriate product recommendations.
  • Complete weekly backbar and retail inventory orders for both studios.
  • Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.
Multi-Studio Leadership
  • Maintain a regular presence at both studios, working at least one shift per week at each location and a total of four shifts per week across the two studios.
  • Communicate proactively with studio management.
  • Help ensure consistent esthetician standards, training, and client experience across Denver West and Parker.
What We're Looking For
  • Current Colorado Esthetician license and authorization to provide facial/skincare services in Colorado.
  • Completion of an accredited esthetics educational program.
  • Previous experience providing facials or working in a spa, resort spa, medical spa, skincare, or beauty environment.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education.
  • A natural leader who can coach and mentor others while maintaining a positive and respectful approach.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • A team-oriented individual who thrives in an empowering environment.
  • A genuine passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best.
  • Professional liability insurance as required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $20-$22 per service hour for esthetician services
  • $300 salary per two week pay period
  • Commission on retail sales
  • Hourly pay when a client no shows or late cancels
