INSTRUCTOR NEEDED
August 2026 - May 2027
Position: General Education
The Estes Park Options School, a two-day per week program for home-school students, seeks engaging instructors to teach on Wednesdays and Thursdays for the 2026 - 2027 academic year, September 2026 to May 2027. Compensation is $33.78 to $35.81 per hour depending on experience, no benefits. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age. Criminal and work history background check required. FLSA Exempt.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented professional committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for students.
  • Must be willing to secure Colorado Substitute license if no teaching license is held

Preferred:
  • Working with elementary school students
  • Instructor must be comfortable teaching children in grades K-8
  • Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Certification as a teacher in Colorado
