Job description

Part-time or Full-time position

We’re in search of a professional real estate executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact for the principal broker. Your responsibilities include relaying important messages to the broker, scheduling the broker’s meetings and trips, and systematizing information in the client databases.

This person is a tech-savvy individual who is detail-oriented and capable of developing friendly client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the ability to enter data into multiple listing platforms efficiently and accurately, will assist with various administrative tasks, and support the team in all aspects of the sales process. If you are highly organized, a team player with excellent communication skills, and versed in marketing and social media, we would like to talk to you.

Compensation:

$50,000 yearly DOE plus bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed
  • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions
  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
  • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
