Job description

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Reno office. This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and leasing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of real property and land use law.
  • Demonstrated capacity for independently managing and closing complex real estate transactions.
  • Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
  • Candidate must have an active Nevada bar license or be eligible and willing to take the Nevada bar.

Compensation/Other:

  • $220,000 - $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in Reno, Nevada.
