We offer the finest luxury vacation rentals throughout Florida's Panhandle.A DAY IN THE LIFE In the Maintenance Tech position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as basic repairs and cleaning to ensure that our homes are ready for renting at any time. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform minor fixes, such as repairing/replacing broken locks, replace light bulbs, HVAC filters replacement, minor sheet rock repair, paint etc.Help install and connect appliances and/or equipment as needed which includes transporting, remove and or replacing products/equipment/appliances.Inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances for functionality, report to supervisor any issuesAssist with upkeep of property exteriors and outdoor equipment, including grills and exteriors.Support housekeeping teams during deep cleans by moving appliances, mattresses, and other heavy items as needed.Perform general property maintenance, including light landscaping tasks such as weed removal and yard upkeep at rental properties and office facilities.Maintain company fleet vehicle to ensure the vehicles have appropriate insurance information, license tags, regular maintenance/cleanliness is completed and working tracking devices; maintain accurate maintenance and inspection logs.Ensure all company credit card receipts and related documentation are submitted to the drop off box daily.Help maintain grounds and upkeep yard by blowing off driveways, collecting trash, etc. and reporting any concerns to supervisorEnsure that properties are safe and void of any danger to their occupants, visitors, and workersCreate and enforce safety policies with our buildings and assist on job sites.Escalate suggestions to management of ideas/plans for preventative maintenance to help avoid problems in the future.Attend training and perform other duties as assigned by managementWork DaysWe are open 7 days per week and have rotating days off - must be available to work all weekends unless scheduled off.
