Position Overview
Our Estate Planning and Probate practice is renowned for serving high-net worth individuals, closely held businesses, and family offices with comprehensive wealth succession planning. We provide sophisticated legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them preserve assets, efficiently transfer wealth, and achieve long-term financial goals. The team leverages deep expertise in estate and trust administration, corporate structure and transactions, tax planning, and charitable giving strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients seeking to secure their legacies for future generations. Responsibilities
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents
  • Experience working on complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases
  • Ability to draft pleadings and attend hearings in guardianship litigation matters
  • Exceptional research and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
  • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration
  • Knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio
