The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins.
Your Purpose & General Responsibilities:

  • Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins
  • Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures
  • Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
  • Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
  • Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
  • Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
  • Wash and treat surfaces
  • Remove mildew
  • Sand and adhere finishes
  • Complete various work orders as needed
  • Calculate required materials and estimate costs

Essential Needs for Lirio:
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required
