The incumbent serves as the primary technology resource for the School, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of computer systems, classroom technology, conference room equipment, eSports gaming systems, and related IT infrastructure. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to support various technology environments in an academic setting.The salary is determined in accordance with the Universityโ€™s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidatesโ€™ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.Responsibilities:End-User Technology Support:Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to faculty, staff, and administrators.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and connectivity issues.Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Assist with workstation deployment, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.Provide support for remote and hybrid work technologies.Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and technology inventory.Apple and Dell Hardware Support:Configure, deploy, and support Apple MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, iPad, and iPhone devices.Support Dell desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.Assist with operating system installations, updates, and device management.Coordinate warranty repairs and vendor-supported maintenance services.Recommend replacement schedules and hardware standards.Audio-Visual (AV) and Classroom Technology Support:Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment in classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.Support projectors, interactive displays, digital signage, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, cameras, and presentation technologies.Provide technical support for meetings, webinars, training sessions, and special events.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of AV systems.Coordinate repair and replacement of AV equipment as needed.eSports Support:Provide technical support for eSports gaming systems, peripherals, streaming/broadcast equipment, and related software, ensuring reliable operation of eSports labs and competition spaces.Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of gaming hardware and networking to support practices, tournaments, and special eSports events.Systems Administration and Infrastructure Support:Install, upgrade, and configure server hardware and software;
