The Great Escape Room is looking for a customer-focused Operations Manager for our St. Petersburg, Florida location. If you love creating memorable experiences and leading a team in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.
At The Great Escape Room, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting a team, and helping create a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff.
What you'll do:
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Assist with weekly schedules
  • Ensure every guest has a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience
  • Support team members throughout their shifts and step in when needed
