As an Escape Room Actor, your daily responsibilities usually include portraying a character to enhance the immersive experience, guiding participants through the storyline, and sometimes assisting with room resets between groups. You may also help provide hints, monitor guest safety, and collaborate with other staff to troubleshoot technical or customer issues. The role often involves a mix of scripted and improvisational interactions, keeping each shift dynamic and engaging. Working hours can include evenings and weekends to accommodate group bookings, and you’ll frequently work as part of a creative, team-oriented environment.

EscapeU wasn't always a bustling escape room attraction in St. Augustine. It started as a dream of three high school friends who shared a love for puzzles, mysteries, and immersive experiences. Inspired by their favorite escape rooms, they decided to create their own, right in their hometown.
