Common challenges include coordinating with multiple parties—buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents—while ensuring all documents are accurate and deadlines are met. Unexpected issues, such as last-minute changes or missing paperwork, can arise, so adaptability and clear communication are essential to keep transactions on track. Escrow Officers also need to stay current with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and avoid delays.
