Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day This position supports the Voltage Regulator Offer Management team by providing order management services throughout the customer order lifecycle. Responsibilities include order entry, order processing, order review, customer communications, order fulfillment support, and issue resolution. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, Offer Management, Engineering. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
The successful candidate will possess experience working within SAP ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring business continuity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established business processes and policies.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform daily order entry, order processing, order review, and reporting activities within SAP ERP systems.
  • Support the complete order lifecycle, including order creation, fulfillment coordination, delivery tracking. invoicing support, and issue resolution.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to customers regarding order status, shipment updates, documentation requests, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure successful order execution. Ensure compliance with established order management procedures, business policies, and customer
  • Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, processing errors, and fulfillment issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Monitor third-party logistics (3PL) performance and inventory activities, escalating concerns and trends as

  • needed.
  • Obtain, review, and distribute required customer documentation, engineering drawings, and order-related deliverables. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order management processes and ERP system utilization.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Assess 3PL handling of Siemens inventory. Monitor 3PL KPI and escalate trends as necessary. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales operations, supply chain operations, or a related business function.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing SAP ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise resource planning platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve order processing issues. Ability to work independently white collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
