Job description

We are looking for a hands-on ERP Epicor Manager responsible for Epicor Kinetic strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement. Leads a team of 2-5 analysts/developers using a servant leadership approach while remaining technically engaged.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of 2-5 Epicor analysts/developers using a servant leadership style
  • Own Epicor Kinetic administration, security, configuration, upgrades and support
  • Design and develop BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, SSRS reports and SQL solutions
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to improve business processes
  • Support Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Sales, Projects, AP, AR, GL and Costing modules
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, testing and production support
  • Map legacy processes to Epicor capabilities and prepare functional design documents
  • Lead data migration, governance and user training
  • Drive Engineer-to-Order (ETO) best practices
  • Own Project Costing and Project Accounting processes, ensuring accurate capture of labor, material and overhead costs, milestone-based revenue recognition where applicable, project profitability analysis, WIP tracking, and customer chargebacks/billing based on project completion milestones
  • Involved in all phases of the implementation process, including initial design, build, training, and post implementation support for Epicor 9, 10 and Kinetic Applications
  • Partner closely with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure project financials reconcile correctly and support month-end close, forecasting and audit requirements
  • Business Analysis & Planning: Evaluate existing IT infrastructure, document current workflows, and identify operational bottlenecks. Design custom ERP solutions, map system processes, and configure software to meet industry standards and specific business needs
  • Implementation: Manage the rollout of the ERP platform, ensuring it suits seamlessly with existing hardware and legacy systems

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, accounting or similar preferred
  • Ideally 7+ years of Epicor 10/Kinetic in manufacturing
  • Experience leading 2-5 ERP resources
  • Strong SQL, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS and integrations knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Project Accounting, ETO, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance
