Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP and Applications Business Analyst to serve as the primary technical and functional resource for our Exenta (by Aptean) ERP platform and its integration with our broader tech stack. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical troubleshooting skills with significant domain expertise in the apparel/soft goods industry to support our user base.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • User Support & Training: Serve as the first point of contact for all Exenta-related inquiries, providing desk-side and remote support for end-users across departments (including Production, Finance, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Control).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.
  • System Analysis: Function as bridge between users/management and technical team, analyzing business procedures to optimize ERP System.
  • Project Management:  Ability to spearhead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects.
  • Process Optimization and Automation: Analyze existing business workflows to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
  • Data Integrity/Validation: Maintain and validate system data. Manage and distribute exception reports to teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Unit Testing: Responsible for testing new system functionality and modifications as well as integration between applications.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, and "How-To" training guides specifically tailored to our business workflows and custom system functionality.
  • System Maintenance: Coordinate with Aptean/Exenta and other applications support for system upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.
  • Cross-Collaboration:  Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multiple departments to drive successful implementation of ERP system and application functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and/or implementing Exenta ERP
  • Experience in the apparel/fashion/accessories industry.
  • Ability to utilize artificial intelligence to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in all Exenta modules including Sales Order, Production Order, Costing, Allocations, and Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of style/color/size/label grid structures and pre-pack configurations.
  • Experience with EDI flows and integration with third-party applications.
  • Excellent ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions for non-technical users.
  • Ability to take on new projects and responsibilities in alignment with business and technology innovation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with 3rd party PLM systems (preferred).

The salary range for this full-time role is dependent on experience between $110,000 - $125,000.
