As our QAD/Progress OpenEdge authority, youโ€™ll connect the dots between raw transactional tables, embedded 4GL business logic, and the information our data lake, Alteryx, and Power BI teams rely on for enterprise reporting.A day in the lifeMorning stand-up aligns you with data lake engineers on new extracts bound for OCI Object Storage / Oracle ADB. Before lunch, you untangle relationships across legacy QAD tables, updating a living data dictionary so that โ€œwhat does this field mean?โ€ has a durable, documented answer. In the afternoon, you troubleshoot a mapping anomaly impacting supply chain KPIs, refine validations, and push a fix through change control.
