Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze and optimize processes, support ERP implementations and enhancements, and provide data-driven insights. This role requires a combination of business analysis, technical, and manufacturing domain knowledge to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing environments
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, supply chain, and quality processes.
  • Experience working in automotive manufacturing or similar industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP modules such as Financial Management, Production Control, Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, and EDI.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and business reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, reporting tools, and dashboard development (e.g., SSRS).
  • Experience with query tools for troubleshooting and data extraction.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation, migration, system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
  • Experience with system integrations and database concepts.
  • Understanding of ODBC connections and IBM iSeries upgrade processes.
  • Experience with label design and integration tools (e.g., LabelView) is an advantage.
  • Project management experience related to ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
