What You'll DoSupport ERP Projects & Business Improvements
  • Partner with business teams and project members to support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Help gather business requirements and document current and future business processes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Contribute to project planning activities and help track project milestones and deliverables.
Bridge the Gap Between Business & Technology
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Assist in analyzing gaps between current business processes and future system capabilities.
  • Create detailed business and functional requirements to support system configuration and development efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for users and project teams within assigned functional areas.
Testing, Training & User Support
