JAMIS Software Corporation – Business Planning & CRM Implementation Consultant (GovCon ERP)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Planning & CRM Implementation Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. This role plays a critical part in helping our clients transform their financial planning and customer management operations through JAMIS Prime’s Business Planning and CRM Suites.

The ideal candidate combines strong GovCon FP&A expertise, ERP implementation experience, and client-facing consulting skills to lead successful deployments from design through post go-live enablement.

While proximity to our offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL; Boulder, CO, San Diego, CA; or McLean, VA is preferred, this position can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of JAMIS Prime Business Planning and CRM modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Configure systems, oversee data migration, and ensure seamless integration with other software products.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance of deliverables.
Client Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business processes into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to empower users and drive adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, communication, and results.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and solution enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve templates, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of GovCon ERP implementation experience or 10+ years in FP&A within a government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of GovCon accounting principles, DCAA compliance, and business process workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing implementations and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check.
Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with JAMIS Prime, Deltek Costpoint, or similar ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration frameworks.
  • Proven success in a consulting or professional services role supporting GovCon clients.
