Familiarity with leading ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), database management, and certifications like PMP or relevant vendor certifications are typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for collaborating across departments and guiding teams through complex implementations. These skills are vital to ensure seamless ERP integration, optimize business processes, and maximize organizational efficiency.
