- Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs des ERP-Systems einschließlich Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
- Planung und Durchführung von Updates, Patches, Funktionspaketen sowie ERP-Upgrades und Releasewechseln
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Betreuung der ERP-Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Systemen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Dashboards auf Basis von ERP- und Unternehmensdaten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und BI-Landschaft
- Betrieb, Wartung und Patchmanagement von geschäftskritischen Unternehmensanwendungen und Windows-Serversystemen
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit in IT-, Digitalisierungs- und ERP-Projekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
