Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Erosion Control Laborer with at least 1 year of hands-on erosion control experience. This position works directly with crew leaders and team members to install and maintain erosion control systems on active construction sites. This is physically demanding outdoor work that requires reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
· Install silt fence, inlet protection, wattles, and erosion control matting
· Perform maintenance and repairs on existing BMPs
· Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
· Assist with trenching, grading, and site preparation
· Follow erosion control plans and job specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
· Work efficiently as part of a crew
Qualifications
