Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

  • NBO: 16 hrs
  • EMR: EPIC
  • OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
  • Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
  • On Call: ***/hr
  • Charge/Precept: ***/hr
Billable OT:
  • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
  • 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Unit Details:
  • Avg. scans/day: 100-120

  • Equipment: Siemens (x-ray room/portables) & Client c-arm in surgery
  • Techs are responsible for bringing back Outpatients & transporting ER patients
RequirementDescription: Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Orientation Dates: 9/21, firm
  • EPIC emr experience [highly preferred] --- preferred to have recently worked with
  • at least 15 months of X-Ray experience in hospital setting [required]
  • Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- issuance timeline varies if non-active -- MUST obtain during onboarding
  • Equipment experience using: Siemens [required]
  • C-arm equipment experience in surgery: Client [highly preferred]
  • setting experience in the following areas: inpatient & ER [required]
  • setting experience in OR (may do occasional cysto or lap chole) - [preferred]
  • NEW travelers welcome. MUST have at least 24 months of X-Ray experience
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Radiologic Tech / X-Ray experience [required]
  • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Radiologic Tech / X-Ray) - [required]
  • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
  • Driver's License [document] [required]
