Job description

Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Hospitalist Physician Family Medicine practice is seeking a qualified physician for Pilot Mountain, NC. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD.

Hospitalist Opportunity 

Performing admissions, consults, rounding and discharges for the Hospitalist service.
Providing cross-cover services, as needed, to the patients already on the Hospitalist service

Procedures:

ER MD and Anesthesia intubate, Central Lines and vents are managed by the physician taking care of the patient.

Average Census: 20 (split between 2 providers)

Average Admits: 3

Average Consults: 0

Average Rounds: 11

Open ICU

EMR: Meditech

Day Shifts: 7am-7pm

Malpractice with tail coverage included at no cost to you

Mileage $50 stipend if traveling more than 40 miles each way to cover a shift

Hotel or other overnight accommodations will be provided, must be pre-approved
