Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 Base

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking an established Labor & Employment attorney to join its Concord, New Hampshire office as a lateral partner.
The position may ultimately be structured as an equity or non-equity partnership; however, a Non-Equity Partner structure is anticipated depending on the candidate's practice and portable book of business.
The successful candidate must bring a minimum $325,000+ portable book of business and an established Labor & Employment practice.

QUALIFICATIONS
·        Established Labor & Employment law practice
·        Minimum $325,000+ portable book of business
·        Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership
·        Demonstrated business-development and origination capabilities
·        Ability to independently manage and grow a Labor & Employment practice
·        Interest in leveraging the resources and support of a larger firm platform
·        Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire

THE PRACTICE
This opportunity is intended for a lateral partner who will primarily bring and maintain an existing Labor & Employment practice and client base.
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT expects to have some work available to support the incoming partner; however, the successful candidate will essentially need to bring their own practice.
The firm platform offers resources, infrastructure, and a collaborative environment to support continued practice development and client service.
