Job description

Kalogon, a smart seating startup based in Melbourne, seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to help as we scale sales for our award-winning products: Orbiter Med, Orbiter Classic, and Booster. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sales and finance teams with accurate, timely quoting. You must be an excellent communicator, quick learner, and flexible to meet the needs of a dynamic organization. You will work with sales, finance, and production to provide accurate sales quote documents, convert quotes to POs, and produce packing slips.
This is an excellent opportunity for people interested in learning about the complex rehabilitation technology (CRT) space.
Key Duties
  • Quoting
    • Respond to sales quote requests in a timely way with accurate information to meet internal service level agreements
    • Be extremely familiar with Kalogon's products so that each quote reflects the reality of what can be produced
    • Stay abreast of any product, pricing, or partner agreement changes that may impact quoting
    • Ensure questions related to being able to quote are appropriate escalated and that the sales team is kept abreast of lingering questions
    • Become a master of all Kalogon's internal quoting processes, procedures, and tools and be able to communicate and document product feedback, bugs, or other issues so that team members can take actions on items
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify and address upstream issues that impact time to quote or quoting accuracy so that the team can create efforts to reduce issues and increase customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with Customer Service and other internal groups to expand and update FAQs related to quoting
    • Ensure the sales team has critical information key activities within their accounts.
  • Ordering, Invoicing & Packing Slips
    • Work closely with sales, finance, and production to convert orders when Kalogon receives POs and approvals by entering the order with 100% accuracy
    • Produce packing slips
    • Work with finance team on when invoices are ready to send
    • Follow internal processes for all key activities, ensuring systems are up-to-date
Skills & Experience
  • 3 - 5 experience in sales, finance, or customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • CRT Experience desired
  • Must be good at email communications and working with internal team members
  • Adaptable to changing environments and ever-improving processes
  • Fast learner
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand products and to use CRM and other internal systems

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
This is an in-office position with core hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Given the customer- and order-facing nature of the role, flexibility is expected to respond promptly to time-sensitive quotes, purchase orders, and order requests that arise between approximately 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend availability may also be required to ensure timely turnaround of customer and order needs.
There is a 90 day probationary period.
