A leading AmLaw firm that advises startups to established fortune 500 companies seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Private Equity Group.


Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly required
