Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will serve as a key execution partner to the Marketing Team and the Senior Managing Director of Investor Relations. This role supports the translation and delivery of the firm's private fund strategy into clear, accurate, and professionally executed investor communications.


The ideal candidate is detail oriented, intellectually curious about private equity and capital markets, and is eager to develop fluency in fund structures, return profiles, and investment positioning. This role focuses on execution and coordination while working under the direction of senior IR leadership.


Marketing Associate Compensation (Full Time):

Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities:


Investment Communication Support:

  • Assist in translating investment strategy, fund structure, and market positioning into polished marketing materials under the guidance of the Senior Managing Director
  • Ensure presentations, decks, website copy, and investor communications accurately reflect financial concepts and capital structure details
  • Maintain version control and consistency across all investor facing materials

Digital Funnel Maintenance

  • Support management of the firm's digital marketing funnel, ensuring data flows accurately between CRM systems and external platforms
  • Track prospect engagement and help prepare reports for the Investor Relations team
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects to IR

Content and Social Media Execution

  • Maintain website content and execute the social media calendar to ensure consistent brand presence
  • Assist in coordinating thought leadership pieces, webinars, and educational content related to fund strategy

Data and KPI Tracking

  • Track KPIs, MQLs, and engagement trends to support capital formation efforts
  • Assist in identifying areas where messaging or targeting may require refinement
  • Support reporting efforts for senior leadership

Collateral and Campaign Coordination

  • Format and distribute high quality pitch decks, investor updates, and marketing collateral
  • Deploy marketing campaigns using internal software and communication tools
  • Support logistical coordination for fund launches, webinars, and investor events

Partner and Team Support

  • Provide organized and detail driven support to ensure a professional experience for existing and prospective Partners
  • Coordinate with IR, and Marketing to maintain alignment across communications

Marketing Associate Requirements

  • Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, financial services support, exposure to private equity, real estate investment, wealth management, or capital markets is strongly preferred.
  • Financial Curiosity: Demonstrated interest in understanding private fund structures, return metrics such as IRR and equity multiples, and capital stack fundamentals.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation formatting. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
  • Execution Focus: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills and confidence interacting professionally with high net worth investors and internal leadership.
