Job description

The Equipment Rental Specialist plays a key role in supporting the rental operations by managing equipment availability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating maintenance activities. Working within a small team, this position reports directly to the Store Manager and involves moderate physical activity, with no travel requirements. It offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment rental transactions and scheduling
  • Provide customer support and address rental inquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of rental equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality
  • Clean and maintain equipment rental upon return
  • Load, instruct use and unload
