Elsinore Valley Rentals Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Rental Counter Representative to join our team in Lake Elsinore, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our rental operation, helping contractors, construction crews, and DIYers get the right equipment for the job. Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers at the rental counter in selecting the appropriate heavy equipment and general tools for their projects
  • Process rental agreements, contracts, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate equipment availability, scheduling, and reservations
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and document condition before and after rentals
  • Communicate equipment operating instructions and safety guidelines to customers
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked counter area and yard inventory
  • Upsell accessories, attachments, and additional rental services to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in equipment rental, construction, or a related industry preferred
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, forklifts, and compactors
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy counter environment
  • Basic computer skills for processing rentals and managing inventory
