We’re looking for a Slitter Operator to run high-speed slitting/rewind equipment and ensure finished products meet quality and customer expectations. This role is the final checkpoint before product ships—attention to detail is everything.
What You’ll Do
- Operate wide-web slitter/rewind equipment safely and efficiently
- Review job specs and ensure all materials are ready before setup
- Monitor product quality throughout the run (print, lamination, winding, defects)
- Label, pack, and document finished goods and scrap accurately
- Perform line clearance between jobs to prevent mix-ups
- Track production time and job activity in the system
- Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment checks
- Communicate issues and work closely with team members to keep production moving
What You’ll Need
- Manufacturing experience (slitting, laminating, or printing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
