Concrete Pump Truck & Conveyor Operator

💰 $36–$42/hour DOE
🕒 Typical Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Overtime as Needed

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Truck & Conveyor Operator for a direct hire opportunity supporting commercial and construction projects throughout the Appleton market and surrounding areas. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating both concrete pump trucks and concrete conveyor trucks in active construction environments. This role is responsible for safely transporting, setting up, and operating equipment to support accurate and efficient concrete placement on job sites.

Candidates should be safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in physically demanding indoor and outdoor environments while coordinating closely with field crews and project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and position concrete pump and conveyor trucks on construction sites
  • Set up pump booms, hoses, and conveyor systems for concrete placement
  • Coordinate with field personnel and supervisors to execute pour plans and maintain schedules
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
  • Clean and maintain hoses, pump lines, and conveyor equipment after pours
  • Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite regulations
  • Maintain daily logs and communicate equipment or project issues as needed
Qualifications
  • Valid CDL required
  • Experience operating concrete pump trucks
  • Experience operating concrete conveyor trucks
  • Knowledge of construction site operations and safety standards
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including setup and cleanup
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with field crews
