EPS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager โ€“ Senior who serves as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. This individual is responsible for the successful execution of all task order requirements and serves as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and Government Contracting Officerโ€™s Representative (COR) for all technical, programmatic, and project-related matters. The Program Manager oversees personnel, resources, schedules, budgets, and risk management activities to ensure mission success and contractual compliance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, including the COR, on all contract-related technical and programmatic issues.
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate contractor personnel in the execution of all task order requirements.
  • Manage the acquisition, allocation, and utilization of program resources.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Monitor project performance, budget execution, and resource utilization to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Develop cost estimates and provide ongoing budget management and forecasting.
  • Execute project risk management processes and ensure identified risks are incorporated into project planning and decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams, government stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports, executive briefings, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, ISO processes, business rules, and quality management requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in accordance with contract requirements.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience managing programs, projects, or technical efforts.
  • At least four (4) years of experience supporting military C6ISR programs involving planning, organizing, directing, and controlling multiple projects in systems engineering, design, integration, or field service environments.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Required Certification

Candidates must possess an active:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification โ€” Required
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale technical programs and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, acquisition processes, and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior government and contractor personnel.
