Pay: The hourly rate for this position is between $28-33 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting int he execution of projects in the respective region.
Responsibilities
  • Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
  • Assist in status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and unbilled for all OEM projects
  • Develop and maintain schedules, participate in proposal preparation and design review meetings as requested.
  • Provide document management and project record keeping including but not limited to data entry of time sheets, all aspects of billing, report generation, preparation and distribution of invoices, add & maintain jobs in accounting programs, tracking of accounts receivables.
  • Assist the technicians assigned to the office as requested.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports.
  • Review expenses and maintain accurate documentation of expense reports
  • Always maintain a professional attitude
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the electric power and communications industry
  • Relevant experience includes contract development and management for small- to medium-scale projects
  • Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of software
  • Experience in project management controls preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Strong writing and editing skills are desired.
  • Available and willing for up to 10% travel as necessary.
