Job description

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing residential concrete coating projects. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on homeowners throughout the Wichita metro area and surrounding communities.

This position is responsible for developing its own leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, strategic partnerships, and direct prospecting.

Success in this role depends on initiative, consistent follow-up, and the ability to communicate the value of premium floor coating systems.


Compensation
  • Compensation Type: Commission Only

  • Commission Rate: 9.5% of Gross Profit

  • Commission Eligibility: Paid after customer payment is received by Epoxy Expressions

There are no guaranteed wages or hours associated with this position.

Commission calculations are based on the final gross profit of each completed and collected project.
