To thrive as an EPM CyberArk specialist, you need a strong background in information security, identity and access management (IAM), and experience with privileged access management solutions, often supported by a relevant degree and CyberArk certifications. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication help you excel in this role. These skills ensure the secure management of privileged accounts, reduce security risks, and support organizational compliance requirements.
