Hourly/Salary Compensation Range: up to $70/hr for meeting all required preferred skill sets

Location: Remote; local candidates preferred for occasional onsite presence

Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Start Date: 9/14/26 through 9/14/27

Client Overview:

The health care system is seeking support for an expedited Epic Willow Inventory implementation supporting inpatient pharmacy operations. The organization is transitioning its inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic and needs analysts with hands‑on experience in Willow Inventory and inpatient pharmacy workflows.

Job Description:

The Epic Application Analyst - Willow Inventory will support Client Health’s implementation of Epic Willow Inventory for inpatient pharmacy. This person will provide hands‑on support for Epic Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and go‑live activities. The analyst will work with Pharmacy, Digital Applications, and project stakeholders to support medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder processes, receiving, inventory balance activities, and barcode‑enabled workflows. The role is primarily remote, but local candidates are preferred for occasional onsite collaboration and possible limited go‑live travel.
