Reports To: Director of Marketing / Growth Leadership

Build, Test, Scale — Grow Healthcare Differently at EPIC Health

EPIC Health is looking for a Performance Growth Marketer focused on customer acquisition, rapid experimentation, and scalable growth.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We’re looking for someone who moves quickly, tests ideas often, and is energized by figuring out what actually drives new patients, memberships, engagement, and revenue.

You’ll help grow multiple healthcare and wellness brands through paid media, partnerships, referrals, local activations, funnels, digital campaigns, and emerging marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with a builder mindset who enjoys trying new ideas, optimizing performance, and scaling what works.

This is a fast-paced environment where execution matters, data drives decisions, and experimentation is encouraged.

Important: This is not a Data Analyst position. Applicants whose background is primarily in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting, without hands-on experience managing growth marketing initiatives and performance campaigns, will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Customer Acquisition
  • Drive patient and customer acquisition across multiple EPIC Health brands and service lines
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across paid media, referral, partnership, community, and local marketing channels
  • Build scalable acquisition strategies that increase volume while improving conversion efficiency
Campaign Execution & Funnel Optimization
  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels from first touch through conversion
  • Improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs through ongoing optimization
  • Develop landing pages, campaigns, workflows, and follow-up strategies that drive measurable growth
Testing & Performance Optimization
  • Test new marketing ideas, audiences, offers, messaging, and creative regularly
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and conversion flows
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and retention metrics
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on growth KPIs and campaign performance
  • Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes
  • Build dashboards and performance reports to support leadership decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with creative, operations, call center, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives quickly
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, operational capacity, and customer experience
  • Support rapid iteration and execution across multiple brands and initiatives

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth and acquisition results
Technical & Platform Experience
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Meta Ads and Google Ads
    • Paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns
    • CRM and marketing automation platforms (Go High Level or similar)
    • Google Analytics and performance reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer journeys, and marketing funnels
Skills & Competencies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Comfortable working in a highly iterative, fast-moving environment
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Someone who prefers testing over overthinking and can move quickly from idea to execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, membership, or multi-location service businesses
  • Experience with local marketing and community-based acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with call center conversion workflows and lead management systems

Why Join EPIC Health?
  • Opportunity to directly influence growth across multiple brands

  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation and execution
  • Strong opportunities for career growth and leadership development
  • Ability to make a measurable impact in healthcare and community wellness
