Job description

This position requires candidates to be fully COVID19 vaccinated and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and execute all company processes/procedures
  • Answer high volume multi-line phone system in a professional manner
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with patients
  • Schedule all appointments
  • Collect all patient co-pays and balances at time of service
  • Register new patients into computer system
  • Pull, file, and prepare patient charts
  • Scan various documents
  • Email/Mail patient paperwork
  • Efficiently perform check-in and check-out process
  • Ensure patient paperwork/records are complete and current
  • Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of the front desk and waiting area
  • Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards in the protection of patient personal information
  • Retrieve messages from voicemail and follow processes to ensure messages are routed to appropriate department
  • Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by Manager and/or Providers
  • Medical Records

Requirements

  • EPIC Software Experience
  • Medical and Dental insurance experience
  • Team Oriented but able to perform individually
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to remain polite and professional at all times
