How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • This position will focus on front-end revenue cycle.
  • Hands on work with insurance plans, benefits & claim denials.
  • Assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes.
  • Partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Minimum of 2 years of Epic Software.
  • Front-End Revenue Cycle experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits.
  • Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis.
