With high levels of autonomy, you will mentor and provide guidance to team members in a variety of tasks aimed at improving Lab/LIS instrumentation workflows, clinical workflow integration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing workflow efficiency within the clinical laboratory environment.
