Job Duties

Design, develop, and maintain integrations (HL7, FHIR), interfaces, and middleware between Epic and external systems.

Work on Clarity/Caboodle extracts, help with ETL jobs, data mapping, and support BI/analytics teams.

Support Epic technical configuration, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with vendors and network/DBA teams.

Assist with patching, Epic upgrades, technical testing, and technical design documentation.

Provide on-call/after-hours technical support as required for go-lives and critical incidents.

Required qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.

3+ years of experience with EHR interfaces, integration engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody), SQL, and Epic technical components.

Familiarity with Clarity/Caboodle, Chronicles, Cache/InterSystems, and API/FHIR work.

Salary commensurate with experience within posted range.

$77,800 to $132,000 annually
