What You'll Do:

Sales & Growth (Primary Focus):

  • Make 80+ daily outbound calls to potential members and leads.
  • Host in-person demos to showcase the space and convert prospects into members.

  • Execute daily checklist: cleanliness, stocking, equipment checks, tech resets.
  • Ensure simulators and all hitting bays are fully operational and clean.
  • Track and report on daily usage, guest passes and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate monthly newsletter and update community boards with tournament rankings, events, etc.

What you bring:

  • Golf knowledge is helpful, but sales drive is non-negotiable.
  • Self starter who thrives in a high-energy, independent environment.

Perks & Compensation:

  • Complimentary Golf Envy memebership.
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand.
  • Fun, modern clubhouse environment--where golf meets enterpeneurship.
