Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather relevant information that will inform the creation of tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to suit the needs of individual clients.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records while adhering to stringent confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA, ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and trends in mental health therapy to enhance your practice.
  • Support patients and their families through education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapists will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex emotional challenges. Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • Proficient in solution-based therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies as needed to provide personalized care that drives positive client outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow for the establishment of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, capable of navigating complex situations to facilitate client progress.

Preferred Experience
