As an onsite Physical Therapist in a dynamic rehabilitation center, you will enjoy a collaborative work environment characterized by mutual respect and open communication. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule. You will have the opportunity to interact with a multidisciplinary team that includes fitness experts, occupational therapists, and medical professionals, fostering a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of patients’ needs, ensuring a focus on their unique goals.
• Maintain a balanced patient load, dedicating sufficient time to each appointment to foster effective therapy outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based orthopedic outpatient care techniques, leveraging your prior experience to design optimal rehabilitation strategies.
• Apply cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing motion and mobility while minimizing the need for invasive procedures.
• Promote wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual patient requirements, including strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance training.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR systems such as WebPT, ensuring accurate and accessible patient records.
• Engage patients with motivational strategies and education on healthy lifestyle choices to support long-term wellness.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address both physical and functional goals.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

At Corehab, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, undergoing post-operative rehabilitation, or managing chronic conditions. • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with a solid track record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and the ability to devise and implement effective exercise rehabilitation programs.
• Experience using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to contribute to efficient patient management.
• Stay current with emerging physical therapy trends and research to ensure high-quality care.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in orthopedics or sports medicine.
• Strong competency in developing patient-centered care strategies.
• Track record of successful patient outcomes and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
