Description

Position Summary & Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an Environmental Scientist with 2 to 5 years of experience to support a wide range of environmental consulting projects related to real estate transactions, site investigation, regulatory compliance, and redevelopment. This individual will play a key role in environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, while also supporting broader assessment and remediation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards to support property due diligence. Plan and execute Phase II investigations, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling. Prepare clear, accurate technical reports with findings and recommendations. Support contamination assessments, remedial investigations, corrective actions, and facility closures. Assist with Brownfield redevelopment efforts and Baseline Environmental Assessments. Participate in groundwater and hydrogeological investigations, including data collection and analysis. Support regulatory compliance and permitting, including environmental assessments and stormwater initiatives. Assist with hazardous materials surveys, vapor intrusion studies, wetlands determinations, and feasibility studies. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies. Maintain detailed project documentation, field notes, and adherence to safety protocols.
