Overview
TRC's Windsor office has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in our Engineering, Construction, Remediation Practice with a focus in Connecticut and New York, with an emphasis on environmental site investigation and remediation and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
• Deliver responsive, high quality environmental/consulting services to TRC's key clients, municipal, state, federal and utility markets.
• Budget, scope and schedule development, monitoring and adherence for tasks and projects managed.
• Management and development of technical junior staff.
• Profitably deliver and execute projects with high quality and high client satisfaction.
• Quality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables related to projects and tasks managed as well as projects and tasks managed by others. Responsible for implementation of firm quality procedures at project and task levels.
• Preparation of technical documents and reports.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Mentor other environmental staff.
• Work with project managers on strategic pursuits, including proposal development and client meetings.
• Active participation in key trade organizations and in the marketplace.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare proposals.
Qualifications
• Strong communications skills both written and oral. Must be driven to lead project teams and market new clients. Must interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees.
• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences or a relevant environmental science field of study from an accredited university
• Minimum five (8) years of environmental consulting with at least three (3) years of project/program management experience.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
